ABOUT FEES PAYMENT

SRM is really strict at payment policy if you late huge fine and i am not joking ,huge literaly means huge, if you going to join srm hears some payment you must ready to pay

1. college fees - it can go from 2.5lakh to 5lakh depends upon the course .

2. Hostel fees- if you are willing to join hostel it gona cost you from 1.15 lakh to 2.70lakh and i am not including premium hostel example NRI hostel

3. exam fees - it is huge pain in the ass it gona cost from 2.5k to 5k.

4. Basic anemmties around 5k to 6k you count that

ABOUT HOSTEL

i lived at the kaari hostel when i am at my first year its cost me 1.15lakh which will provide faclites like water 24/7 , electric 24/7 , 3 bed each room with a locker and table and chair which is really not at all comfortable and i am joking .

HOSTEL at srm for first year are-4

1. Paari - it consist of 2 elevator , 3 and 4 sharing room and common washroom

2. kaari-it consist of 2 elevator , 3 and 4 sharing room and common washroom

3. Oarri-it is little bit premium if i want to book again hostel i preferre oarri it have first 3 floor ac room and last 2 floor ac room which really make this hostel really cool.and same outlate as kaari and paari

4. Adhiman - it is only 2 seater hostel with attach washroom cost you more but worth it.

If you want to live outside the hostel which is most preferable after 1 or 2 year , but you must know that outside SRM KTR everything is costly even the house for rent near SRM will eaisly cost you around 15k to 40k per month but it can easily be manage if you like haveing five friends and rent is around 20k then 20/5 , 4k each person which is pretty affortable .
